Lily Darragh Harty

Lily Darragh Harty is a film and television producer known for her work across various genres and platforms. She has built her reputation through producing high-concept stories with a personal touch, particularly in short-form media, commercials, and episodics. Starting her career as a 1st AD, she later worked with major studios such as ABC, FX, and MGM, gaining invaluable production experience, particularly in logistics and safety management.

 

Lily’s commercial portfolio includes collaborations with brands like Telus, Westbank, Goh Ballet, and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Among her narrative projects, the short films she has produced have been well-received at festivals globally.

 

As a director, her focus on women’s narratives and complex character dynamics, as well as her interest in politically-minded science fiction, is evident in works like The Biographer’s Wife and The Fringes, and while directing was her first love, producing is her current passion.
